Pamala Coker, DVM, Ph.D.

Dr. Coker is a 1998 graduate of Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine.  In 2002, she earned her Ph.D. in Veterinary Microbiology.  A feline veterinary practice has been her calling for as long as she can remember.  She has made a few detours along the way such as her Ph.D.  in microbiology and working in laboratory management. Her diverse background and experience have prepared Dr. Coker very well, for opening her own feline practice.  She has worked as a relief veterinarian for several years which has given her a distinct experience in practice techniques and design.   Her unique experiences have helped to make her dream of a distinctive "cat only" veterinary practice a reality.  Dr. Coker enjoys gardening and remodeling.  She is also an avid SCUBA diver and has dived in many amazing places throughout her travels.  Her most memorable experiences include the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and being surrounded by a school of barracuda in The Gulf of Mexico.  Dr. Coker lives in Highland with her three middle aged girls, "Sissy", "Bessie", and "MiMi Monkeyface.”  Dr. Coker was recently elected the President of the Northwest Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association (NWLVMA). One of her goals is to implement pet education in the classroom for elementary schools. She is also involved in community organizations closer to home, Highland Area Preservation, Krewe of Barkus and Meoux, Krewe of Highland, and Robinson’s Rescue, a low cost spay and neuter program. hair extensions uk

 Lela Durci, DVM

Dr. Durci is a 2017 graduate of Oklahoma State University and a Shreveport native. She joined the Cat Doctor practice as a fresh new veterinarian in September of 2017 and has been absorbing and sponging up information from her most excellent mentor, Dr. Coker, ever since. She has loved cats as long as she can remember and currently has a black and white domestic shorthair named “Ripley”, the love of her life.  Her goal at the Cat Doctor is to bring a fresh perspective to the practice and learn everything she can in the process. Dr. Durci hopes to one day get a residency in anatomic pathology. She also has a passion for exotic animal medicine, especially aquatics and fish.  In her spare time, she loves taking long naps, playing video games, drawing and illustrating, creating costumes and props, and hanging out at her family lake house on Toledo Bend near Leesville, Louisiana. Her favorite places to go on vacation are tropical beaches and the Pacific Northwest, and she hopes to one day become SCUBA certified. human hair wigs

The only negative is the lace wigs uk cap is still very large. I sewed the strap from ear to ear on the inside. This gave the brazilian hair uk a more secure fit.
